Add, edit or remove staff members. Changes update the timetable cells and teacher key immediately.
Change the subject and assigned teachers for each group's rotation slots.
Select a group to edit:
Set the start date for each rotation block. Dates are saved to the server when you use Save & Share.
Dates are applied live. Use Save & Share to push to all staff.
Set a message that appears at the top of the page for all staff. Useful for room changes, assessment weeks, or urgent notices.

Add context notes for each group — student count, SEND considerations, scheme of work links. Staff can view these by clicking the info icon on any group header.

Mark specific school weeks within a rotation as assessment weeks. Marked weeks show a purple dot in the progress tracker and a badge on the timetable column header.
